We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Victoria Newitt Recruitment Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall business strategy
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and improve ROI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results
