Digital Marketing Director

Job DescriptionWe are constantly evolving at the forefront of technology to transform how geo-professionals work, eliminating barriers to understanding by connecting software, teams, and the tools they need.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including people managers, to oversee all digital marketing activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on digital marketing KPIs and metrics to senior management and provide regular updates on campaign performance and progress towards goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the digital marketing team.
- Demonstrable leadership experience within digital marketing, ideally having led teams across multiple locations.
- An innate understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
This is a people-management position and involves overseeing all digital marketing activities, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
