Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 sales professionals in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiations: Manage negotiations with clients to secure sales contracts and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
Our sales team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will need to be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
