Retail Manager Opportunity at Master Smoke Shop

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team at Master Smoke Shop. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and motivate a team of 1-2 staff members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volumes, merchandise, and personnel efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Work Setting: Vape shop environment.
Benefits
  • Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
