Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Master Smoke Shop.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Oversee payroll administration
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and staff on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
