We are seeking a skilled Communications Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support a variety of strategic initiatives, focusing on internal and external communications, marketing, branding, and business development.


Main Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

  1. Gather information and content for various corporate communications and marketing activities.
  2. Draft copy for corporate communications, blogs, marketing materials, and other media.
  3. Develop and implement plans and activities that span internal and external communications, marketing, branding, and business development.
  4. Support the planning and execution of corporate events, including client events, trade shows, conferences, etc.
  5. Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and event communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a communications, public relations, marketing, or related role.
  • Graphic design experience or education, and the ability to effectively use design software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and other social, analytic, and content management platforms.
