Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

HML Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and direct construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, including reading blueprints and drawings.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
