About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting Contractor to join our team at Royal Star Painting Ltd. as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting operations and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule painting projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of painters, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that painting work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support painting operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe for employees and clients.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide updates on project progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a painting or construction-related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
