- Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support painting projects.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that projects meet their requirements.
- Estimating and Budgeting: Estimate costs and materials for painting projects, ensuring that budgets are met and exceeded.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in painting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment: Work outdoors, in noisy conditions, at heights, and in dusty environments.
- Work Setting: Work in construction and residential settings.
- Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, with excellent physical stamina.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Work 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
