About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting Supervisor to join our team at Royal Star Painting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of painting contractors and other personnel
    • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and on time
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and schedule painting projects, including preparing production reports and overseeing apprenticeship training
    • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure that all necessary equipment is available
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit and hire painting contractors and other personnel, and carry out related staffing actions
    • Train or arrange for training, and ensure that all personnel are aware of health and safety regulations
  • Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the painting department, including setting up machines and equipment
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road position, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.

The work language is English.
