We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Resident Manager. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas of the property
- Perform minor maintenance repairs
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
- Assist with leasing suites and responding to on-call requests
