**Education and Training:**
A Home Support/Resident Care Attendant/Health Care Assistant Certificate from a recognized post-secondary program, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Additionally, a Food Safe Certificate and a valid BC driver's license are required.
**Registration and Certification:**
Current registration and good standing with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry are mandatory.
Key Skills and Abilities- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with others in a professional manner.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.
- Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks.
