Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Reflex Physiotherapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse clients' capabilities and expectations related to life activities through observation, interviews, and formal assessments.
  • Consult and advise on health promotion programs to prevent disabilities and to maximize independent function in all activities of life.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Evaluate treatment progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain clinical and progress reports to track client progress.
  • Conduct research in occupational therapy to stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements:
  • Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Membership.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
  • Work in a variety of settings, including employer's/client's home, various locations, and rehabilitation centre and special health institution.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Willing to relocate.
