Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing clients' capabilities and expectations related to life activities, consulting and advising on health promotion programs, developing and implementing treatment programs, evaluating treatment progress, and maintaining clinical and progress reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze clients' capabilities and expectations related to life activities through observation, interviews, and formal assessments.
- Consult and advise on health promotion programs to prevent disabilities and maximize independent function in all activities of life.
- Develop and implement treatment programs to meet clients' needs.
- Evaluate treatment progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience.
- Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Membership.
- Basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
