Exterior Siding Installation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Siding Installation Specialist to join our team at SUPER FAST HOME IMPROVEMENT INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, reading blueprints and specifications, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including siding and trim
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products as needed
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe work practices
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and utilize hand and power tools as required
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas

Work Environment:

This role requires working outdoors, at heights, and in various locations, including construction and renovation sites. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work requirements
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong work ethic
