Loba Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
- Advise clients on color choices and provide recommendations for wall coverings.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
- Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in underground environments.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
As a Construction Painter, you will work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial sites. You will be required to work at heights, outdoors, and in underground environments.
Language:The primary language of work is English.Hours:
40 hours per week.
