Job Title: Construction Painter

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Loba Solutions Ltd. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix and apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, taking care to ensure a precise fit.
  • Advise clients on colour choices and provide recommendations for wall coverings.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required.
  • Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour.
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting deadlines.
