Job Title: Construction Painter

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at API Home Renovation. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces, as well as advising clients on colors and wall coverings.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Estimate costs and materials
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and with odors
  • Ability to travel and work at various locations
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots and tools required
