Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including general ledger account analysis and reconciliation.
    • Comply with ABB's accounting policies and procedures, including internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Business Partnership and Collaboration

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
    • 3-7 years of experience in a cost accounting or financial analyst role.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office products.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
