About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Management: Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness within our accounting system.
  • Customer Invoice Coordination: Coordinate and prepare customer invoices, reconcile monthly invoice activity, and manage related support materials.
  • Financial Forecasting and Reporting: Assist the Finance Manager in forecasting processes and prepare quarterly strategic review (QSR) presentations.
  • Delinquent Account Management: Proactively identify and escalate past-due customer accounts, recommending actions for resolution.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Record journal entries for revenue recognition and assist in monthly reconciliations of key billing and AR-related accounts.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly reports for management review and assist in the preparation of internal financial statements.
  • Compliance and Tax Support: Assist the tax team with tax obligations and other compliance requirements.
About You
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, with a pursuit of CPA designation.
  • Skills and Experience: Highly organized, strong time management skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
