Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of cybersecurity professionals and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and execute a cybersecurity strategy to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

  • Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices among employees through training and communication.

  • Oversee the efficient and secure management of email systems.
  • Develop and manage the cybersecurity and identity management budget.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or college diploma in information technology with a focus on cybersecurity and/or access and identity management.
  • Minimum of seven years of recent and related occupational experience in cybersecurity, identity management, and/or infrastructure-related technical environments and/or solutions.
  • Experience implementing security measures within an IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in cybersecurity incident response management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and frameworks, threat landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
  • Proficient with security tools and technologies as well as IT service management tools and systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email, cybersecurity training and awareness platforms, monitoring, logging, and auditing tools, identity and access management frameworks and platforms/applications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Superior customer service skills with the ability to create a relationship of trust beyond immediate interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent coordination skills specifically related to balancing project and operational initiatives with day-to-day operations activities.
  • Proven records and information management skills and abilities specifically related to data privacy and data governance.
  • Dedicated to life-long learning and continuous improvement.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,733.82 to $118, annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
