Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fatburger. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
