Job Title: NetSuite Expert

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite expert to lead client delivery engagements and support sales efforts from a technical perspective. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and coaching our NetSuite team, working closely with the Finance & Operations practice leadership to identify and implement innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead NetSuite client engagements, serving as a technical expert for configuration, process design, support escalation, and Q&A
  • Advise on client business processes, including financial close, transactional reporting, integrated financial statements, and other similar processes
  • Bring a business and process-oriented mindset to technology implementation, leveraging significant experience with NetSuite and finance and accounting-related projects
  • Provide technical sales support for new client sales and existing client expands, as well as support client demos and proof-of-concept projects
  • Lead project teams supporting multiple workstreams, adhering to Spaulding Ridge's delivery methodology and project standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business, or relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience, preferably in accounting and software consulting, or supporting software consulting and implementation
  • 5+ years of experience with NetSuite, with demonstrated experience in 5+ end-to-end deployments of NetSuite
  • NetSuite Foundations or NetSuite ERP certification is a plus
