NetSuite Director Job Description

As a NetSuite Director at Spaulding Ridge, you will lead client engagements, serving as a functional NetSuite expert, driving sales efforts, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead NetSuite client engagements, serving as project lead and functional expert.
  • Use functional expertise to advise on client business processes, including financial close, transactional reporting, and integrated financial statements.
  • Bring a functional, business, and process-oriented mindset to technology implementation.
  • Provide NetSuite thought leadership through writing articles, blogs, and presentations.
  • Lead project teams supporting multiple workstreams, adhering to Spaulding Ridge's delivery methodology and project standards.
  • Drive net new business and new projects for the NetSuite team in North America.
  • Estimate and define project scope, timeline, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address technical questions and concerns during the sales process.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with NetSuite, with demonstrated experience in 5+ end-to-end deployments.
  • Experience managing a team of high-performing consultants.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience, preferably in accounting and software consulting.
  • NetSuite Foundations or NetSuite ERP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in change management and business process mapping is a plus.
