Job Title: NetSuite Client Director

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite professional to lead our client engagements and drive business growth. As a NetSuite Client Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in NetSuite to drive business process improvements and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead NetSuite client engagements, serving as project lead and functional expert for our clients.
  • Use functional expertise to advise on client business processes, including financial close, transactional reporting, and integrated financial statements.
  • Build and coach our NetSuite team, focusing on client success and driving best practices for NetSuite implementations.
  • Provide thought leadership through writing articles, blogs, and presenting at user conferences.
  • Improve and develop our standing as a NetSuite partner.
  • Lead project teams supporting multiple workstreams, including NetSuite and other technologies.
  • Drive net new business and new projects for our NetSuite team in North America.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including client discovery sessions, proposal development, and demonstration preparation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with NetSuite, with demonstrated experience in 5+ end-to-end deployments.
  • Experience managing a team of high-performing consultants.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience, preferably in accounting and software consulting.
  • NetSuite Foundations or NetSuite ERP certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in translating customer business needs into dynamic solutions.
