Job Title: Unit Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Unit Clerk to join our team at St. Boniface Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical and receptionist duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and files.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a recognized Unit Clerk certificate program.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
