Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to healthcare teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with patients and families.
- Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and billing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and medical histories.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the healthcare team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with frequent interruptions and deadlines.
