Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant personnel or areas, and provide general information about the company.
  • Switchboard Management: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of incoming calls.
  • Clerical Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Invoicing: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and send invoices in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, relay messages, and maintain open communication channels with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we encourage candidates with strong skills and enthusiasm to apply.

Work Environment:

The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment, performing repetitive tasks that require attention to detail. They will be required to sit for extended periods and multitask efficiently.
