Key Responsibilities
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and innovative strategies in talent acquisition, recruitment techniques, and global sourcing to attract top talent.
  • Utilize analytical skills to audit processes, assess trends, create reports, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop processes, best practices, and talent acquisition initiatives that align with PCL Constructors Inc.'s goals.
  • Research and recommend solutions based on stakeholder feedback, market trends, new technologies, best practices, and HR legislation to drive business results.
  • Develop high-quality training, documentation, and communications to support team initiatives and enhance the recruitment process.
  • Identify and evaluate external vendors, consultants, and partners, and manage relationships and deliverables to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Work closely with other departments and the HR Leadership team to ensure alignment with priorities and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related field; relevant designation preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience; Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) is an asset.
  • Experience developing corporate recruitment campaigns and strategies, as well as utilizing key social recruiting platforms and talent acquisition technologies.
  • Ability to analyze information and data, make recommendations, and develop best practices.
  • Experience with talent acquisition KPIs and developing enterprise reports, with a results-oriented approach and proven project management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder and vendor management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
