We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Professional to join our team at Westland Insurance. As an Insurance Advisor, Auto, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, building strong relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote client retention through proactive communication and relationship-building
- Identify clients' business challenges and provide recommendations to meet their insurance needs
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing knowledge of underwriting principles and industry trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients
