We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Weyburn, SK.
As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and educate clients on insurance products
- Take ownership of client relationships
- Help grow our presence and profile in the local community
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Building authentic client relationships comes naturally
- Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
- Insurance broker license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- BONUS 2-3 years of commercial and/or personal lines insurance experience
