Auto Insurance Advisor Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Weyburn, SK.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position that offers a chance to grow your insurance industry knowledge and experience.
As an Insurance Advisor, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and obtain insurance license (support provided)
