Electrical Sales Manager Position in Western Canada

Job Description
As an Electrical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders efficiently.
- Working closely with the quotes team to transition won jobs into orders seamlessly.
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and the outside sales team to ensure timely delivery of project materials.
- Contacting current customers to identify new products and potential up-selling opportunities.
- Entering orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Sourcing materials for customers when they are not in stock.
- Maintaining knowledge of current products and staying up-to-date on new product releases.
- Providing product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes to meet customer needs.
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.
- Supporting Counter Sales and handling returns as required.
- Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer needs are met.

- A proven track record of building long-term relationships and generating referrals from satisfied customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Strong networking skills and an outgoing personality.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Email.
- Self-motivation and the ability to function effectively independently or as part of a team.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
