Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at SMOKE POUTINERIE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate special events and plan menus to meet customer demands.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Prepare and cook meals, including special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Train kitchen staff and helpers in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Free parking available on site.

  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
