About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at GASBAR MOBIL. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales and customer service targets.
    • Provide guidance and support to sales floor staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge and to achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and use it to make improvements to our store and our services.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Manage the store's inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and store operations, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
    • Use data and insights to inform business decisions and to drive sales and customer service improvements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Setting
    • Urban area.
    • Retail business.
