Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Sidhu Great Construction Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and train a team of carpenters, trades helpers, and labourers.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisitioning and equipment setup.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
Work Environment:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will work outdoors, in a noisy construction environment. The work setting will be on construction sites, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
