About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Sidhu Great Construction Group Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our construction team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of carpenters, trades helpers, and labourers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and regulations, and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that all parties are informed of project progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction supervision
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of accuracy and reliability.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working outdoors in a noisy construction environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a 35-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.

Language and Work Term

This is a permanent position that requires fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to work a 35-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
