About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Sidhu Great Construction Group Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and managing residential construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters, trades helpers, and labourers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction management
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in construction management software
