Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Fastfrate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and identifying new business opportunities in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Identifying Sales Prospects for further development and closure
  • Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects
  • Teamwork with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Performing effective online demos to prospects
  • Working with all departments through onboarding of secured business

Requirements:

  • Proven Business Development Experience in the Transportation industry (LTL Sales)
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with or similar CRM software
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
  • Effective teamwork skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple conflicting priorities
  • Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
