About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Chache Da Dhaba. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Dependability, judgement, organized, team player, time management.
