About The Role
The Senior Product Manager will be part of our LogicStream development team, working alongside Machine Learning and Software developers, product managers, and domain experts. LogicStream is a toolkit designed to empower our delivery team to efficiently deliver advanced generative AI solutions to customers, addressing complex problems. This role will focus on driving the development of our platform product, pushing the boundaries of generative AI through rapid experimentation, customer deployment, and feature productization.

This opportunity is open to candidates located within the province of Ontario and requires occasional face-to-face interaction at our Toronto/Waterloo offices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and lifecycle of our generative AI development toolkit, encompassing product backlog creation, sprint planning, and epic/user story capture.
  2. Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define a product vision, translate it into a product roadmap, and deliver product releases.
  3. Pursue user research to inform feature development and roadmap, staying up-to-date with AI advancements through trend research.
  4. Align our vision with the development of our AI developer toolkit strategy, ensuring it meets the needs of our consulting services and supports scalability, faster delivery, and improved margins.
  5. Engage with clients to understand technical constraints, workflows, and requirements, translating these insights into requirements that enhance our toolkit's value.
  6. Propose innovative toolkit capabilities by leveraging cloud-native technologies and AI/ML expertise to suggest new features and capabilities.
  7. Design developer-friendly interfaces in collaboration with stakeholders, enabling efficient use of the toolkit's infrastructure.
  8. Drive delivery by setting objectives and milestones with the development team to ensure timely delivery of new components and infrastructure improvements.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve our processes to facilitate ongoing enhancements.
Requirements
  1. 5 Years of experience working as a Product Manager of multiple B2B software products, including platforms and/or SDKs.
  2. Experience as a tactical Product Manager - working with Agile methodologies and capturing epics and user stories, defining milestones and goals, working day-to-day with development teams delivering high-impact products.
  3. Proven experience taking a product to market.
  4. Strong knowledge of AI/ML and/or data science.
  5. Clear, concise communication, both internally and externally.
  6. Professional interaction with customers and executives.
Nice To Haves
  1. Experience in a startup, whether successful or not.
  2. Experience with 0-1 product management.
  3. Experience with the full life cycle of a product, from conception to revenue.
  4. Experience with machine learning.
  5. Knowledge of additional functional areas such as Engineering, Sales, UX/UI, Customer Support, Marketing, or Finance.
  6. Certification or training in Product Management through organizations such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scaled Agile.
  7. Entrepreneurship training, for example going through Tech Stars, Y Combinator, and so on.
