Job Description

The Assistant Store Operations Leader will work closely with the Store Operator to provide strategic direction and vision for the local market. This includes coaching and developing Department Managers to foster customer loyalty, meet customer needs, and create an engaging store environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of retail operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience as a Department Manager is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Create a coaching and development culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Operator
  • Work with the Store Operator to communicate operational requirements and changes throughout the store
  • Understand and respond to local market needs and competition
  • Role model, coach, and reinforce customer service expectations
