As a Dealer Level 1-HRCV, you will be responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
- Deal card games with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the security of the table and its float.
- Control the table in the correct order of play; close bets at the appropriate time.
- Refer disputes, irregularities, or suspicious activities to the Manager.
- Verify chip refills and credits.
- Tidy your workstation and pit area.
- Communicate effectively with all operational departments.
- Build strong working relationships with guests and team members.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
- A Food Safety Certificate.
- A Dealer Certificate (training provided).
- The ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
