Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Banking Advisor. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice on financial products and services, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently demonstrate empathy and kindness in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
- Communicate effectively to uncover client needs, deliver client-centric advice, and resolve client concerns at first point of contact.
- Champion digital enablement by educating clients to self-serve and leveraging technology to connect with clients virtually and face-to-face.
- Use your expertise to meet clients' entire suite of financial needs, both personal and business.
- Provide professional advice and education on credit and investments, ensuring solutions are tailored to clients' needs and financial circumstances.
- Implement effective contact and relationship-building strategies to accelerate new client acquisition and retention in your local community.
- Collaborate with market-leading professionals to ensure clients receive customized and relevant expert advice.
Requirements:
- Mutual Funds accreditation or a willingness to obtain it within the training period.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and empathetic communication skills.
- Flexibility, self-motivation, and a determination to succeed.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
