Executive Kitchen Manager

New Tandoori Nites is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet high quality standards.
About the Role- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- The successful candidate will have experience in managing kitchen operations, including requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, training staff in job duties and sanitation procedures, and preparing budget estimates.
- This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
- Panjabi language proficiency is an asset.
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
