Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and package take-out food.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
