Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Helper to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food and beverages are served to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Take customers' orders and provide accurate and friendly service.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with regular working hours. The work language is English.
