Scale Operator

About the Role
The Scale Operator is a key member of our team at McAsphalt, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our scale facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain scale equipment, including computers and software programs
- Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Sort and record incoming loads at the weigh booth
- Direct vehicles entering and leaving the facility
- Perform general maintenance and storage tasks
- Assist with product packaging and loading/unloading trucks
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in French (English is an asset)
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
- Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills
