Project Engineer Assembly Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Act as a technical lead for project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise team members to deliver high-quality technical deliverables, and provide guidance on technical knowledge development.
- Review and approve plans and calculations, and participate in discussions with material suppliers and regulatory entities.
- Manage project technical aspects, assign tasks to team members, and ensure the technical quality of deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment management system to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
- University degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a relevant field.
- 6-5 years of experience in product development/technical integration, preferably in naval architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel.
- Advanced level in French and intermediate level in spoken and written English.
- 3D modeling software expertise (AutoDesk Inventor/AutoCad/SHIPCON or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in naval construction and repair.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
