About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Representative Junior to join our team. As a Sales Representative Junior, you will be responsible for:

  • Visiting clients to execute sales strategies and ensure continuous product availability in stores.
  • Ensuring the achievement of all sales activities on the ground to meet sales targets.
  • Working in a team to identify sales and marketing opportunities for Labatt products.
  • Executing tailored promotional strategies for each client to maximize visibility.
  • Continuously monitoring market changes regarding new products, packaging, and commercial activities.
  • Providing impeccable and creative customer service based on customer needs and Labatt quality standards.
  • Ensuring continuous quality management of products, prices, and inventory, and reporting to the Sales Director.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Desirable knowledge of the food industry's marketing sector.
  • A strategic business sense.
  • A continuous focus on customer satisfaction and organizing actions to meet objectives.
  • Natural leadership abilities.
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows environment).
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
